3D scan of the area serves as a background for creation of a detailed 3D model and it’s exact placement. 3D scan of existing object serves as a background for precise installation and/or equipment planning and placement.

Detailed 3D model is based on 2D technical drawigns and/or a conceptual 3D model.

Detailed BIM model

Detailed BIM model is created from conceptual 3D model and/or technical 2D drawings, and provides exact quantity, cost and time information(by each individual model element). It enables early detection of eventual design flaws and unintended element collisions.
